Brian Martin is a dynamic worship leader, accomplished songwriter, arranger, and producer with a heart for ministering through music. Born on the sun-soaked island of Trinidad, Brian’s journey of faith and purpose began in a life-changing moment that would shape his calling for decades to come.

At age 20, Brian moved to London to pursue a degree in mechanical engineering. On the very day he arrived in the UK, he attended church to give thanks to God. That service marked a spiritual turning point. The message he heard ignited a deep transformation and set him on a path of devoted Christian faith and passionate music ministry.

Early in his walk with God, Brian sensed a clear calling to serve through worship. That calling became the foundation of his life’s work.

MUSIC, IMPACT & RECOGNITION

In 2003, Brian released his debut contemporary gospel album, Lifter Of My Head, launching it at a sold-out concert at Fairfield Halls. The album earned a prestigious GEM (Gospel Entertainment Music) Award in 2005. That same year, Brian was honored alongside fellow nominees with an invitation to the House of Commons to pay tribute to Nelson Mandela.

Among Brian’s standout compositions is the powerful praise anthem “D.I.P (Deliverance in Praise),” inspired by 2 Chronicles 20 and the story of King Jehoshaphat. Its declaration — “Deliverance comes when you praise…” — continues to resonate across generations and denominations.

Brian’s ministry extends well beyond the UK. He has toured extensively throughout the United States — including Atlanta, Nashville, New York, New Jersey, Philadelphia, Baltimore, and a six-city Florida tour — and has appeared as a featured artist on the Radio One One Love Gospel Cruise. His ministry has also reached audiences across Europe.

His live performances are known for being spiritually uplifting and musically captivating.
